Bisexual means being sexually attracted to both men and women. You don't have to like each equally- a person may be more attracted to women than men, or vice-versa, or it can be a 50-50 split, but both sexes are definitely in there. Sometimes it can be purely sexual with one, and sexual and romantic with the other (like men who seek out men for sex, but don't want relationships with them, just with women), or it can be a more equal-opportunity lover who falls in love and feels attraction without gender making a difference.
Transsexual is a person who uses surgery and hormones to change their sex (like a man who becomes a woman, or vice-versa). Not to be confused with transgenders, who express gender traits that are outside of mainstream society (masculine women, feminine men, cross-dressers, people who live as the 'opposite gender' all their lives but don't want surgery to change their sex, people who feel they are both genders, or neither, or a 'third gender').

Bisexual is someone that will have sex with a man or woman in their given gender.
Trans sexual is some one that is born as one gender and views themself as the other gender.That is a condition the individual is born with and not a lifestyle choice.
Transexual is also referred to trasngenderism.
In this question you ask the difference between apples and oranges as you are comparing sexual issues to gender issues.

Being bisexual means that you're attracted to both genders to some extent.
Being transsexual means you're uncomfortable with your physical sex/gender, need to live as the other sex (or already are doing so,) and will likely have (or have already had) surgury to bring your physical body more in line with your internal sense of gender identity.

bi sexual is being attracted to both men and women. transexual is feeling that you were born the wrong sex, in other words some one who feels like a women inside yet has the anatomy of a man. or vice versa
