I have gotten upset this year with all the commercialism of a holiday, and it has started several weeks ago, they forgot all about Thanksgiving and went right from Halloween to Christmas SELLING, to see how high they can get their bottom line, sell no matter how they do it, they are even extending people credit so they can charge more than before, as long as they just buy, and buy...hey what ever happened to the holiday itself?
OH well maybe it is just me...

I did, but not until around 10 am so it wasn't so bad. Lines, parking and traffic really weren't so bad. We got lots done in a little time and got some good deals also. I wasn't even tired when I got in and had shopped with four kids ages 15, 12, 4, and 2 mo!!
Good day for me!
We had a 25% off purchases coupon (including sale prices) at a local store and saved *lots* there. Between the sales and then the discount we saved $106 and had only $200 out of pocket!!!

I went to Target at about seven am, found what I want and got out before the lines were long. I got a copy of the most recent Harry Potter movie for $3.98, a crock pot for $19 and a contour memory foam pillow for $13. Not bad at all. Then I went home and went right back to sleep.

My boyfriend got a computer with a 15" LCD monitor for $180 at Best Buy. I refused to go with him... the only day I turn down shopping :)

nope not me! i stayed home with my kids and they watched movies and i was hidin in my room watching reruns of card sharks on the game show network. then we had lunch and went and visited my niece and her kids so they all could play.
now im here answering your question - im glad ya got your holiday shopping started. enjoy knowing you did and smile cuz other's didn't - i do that sometimes just to be "snippy" ... it's all in fun tho - gotta stop and enjoy those times = )

oh man
I went to buy a new mouse
I found a space after awhile.
The mouse cost 3.99 , just what I wanted.
It looked like 2 hours in line, I just put it back.

i would never go shopping today. where i live there is always people stealing out of eachothers carts and stuff. its a little too hardcore.
