We once had one where I work It was horrible! I felt really bad for the ones that got their presents taken away. I took a game set - it had chess, checkers and some other games. It was fun and unisex. Some people took empty kleenex boxes and crap like that. I thought that was so distasteful! However, take something fun and that you know people will be fighting for!!! :o) Hope you have fun!

I think I gave a used candle, and I recieved some platter. Basically give something that you don't want, I was a bit mean by giving a used candle, but just give something you don't need, or like.

I have never been to one but I noticed that a lot of non-profit organizations have them to raise money. It could be anything that you do not use any longer...If you have a tacky sword fish sculpture hanging around...one good place to find things like that is at your local thrift shop...good luck!
