Any jewelry store, however there will probably be a charge. Make sure you ask about their process. Make sure if they add more metal to make it bigger and if they don't, ask if they give you the extra metal back. Just make sure whatever they do, they don't stretch it out if it needs to be bigger. It will make the metal thinner and easier to break.
