I use a weather forecasting website called Metcheck.
The weather prediction for my area for December 3rd is currently shown as
Sun 3 Dec at 12 noon - max temp 9 °c, wind chill temp 1 °c, pressure 987 mb, 5.6 mm of rain, cloud cover 99 % wind at 17 mph
Of course this is only a "best guess" at this stage, but they do provide frequent updates and are often extremely accurate in their short to mid range forecasts.

Be warned with the answers given here, weather is still very unpredictable. Any forecasts more than 5 days ahead will be wildly speculative and very prone to error.

Considering the weathermen can't even predict the weather for the next day, aren't you asking a little too much?

the most reliable method is to go out on the morning of the 3rd and look at the sky.
if it is blue it should be a nice day, however, a good deal of cloud can be indicative of more inclement conditions.
