i downloaded irfanview for myspace to resize photos. well i didnt work it still said file to big.

Try to download Picasa2- do a search on google for it because it is googles software. It is free and allows you to resize images. Just make sure you are saving them once you decrease the size.

upload all of ur pics to www.imageshack.us and that site can generate thumbnals, rezise ur pics and host em for free. Just copy the code u need after upload.
