I do. I believe that's why cranberry sauce was initially used; to provide some moisture for dry turkey. I think I read that somewhere. I stick to dark meat in the case of dry turkey. And LOTS of gravy!

men - women love turkey and turkeys. I bet you can't wait to get a dry turkey casserole tomorrow and have to say it is delicious and that all the "flavors" blended perfectly. There is nothing worse than dry turkey than deli turkey or a casserole with turkey. Just because men are turkeys does not mean they like it.

Perhaps,the general question is, "Does anyone like any meat that is dry or stringy,whether it be beef,chicken or pork". I don't think so.
