Generally, when using screenplay format to write a movie, one page = one minute. I would suspect it would be the same for sitcoms, but since timing would be tighter, maybe you could have some dialogue that you can add or take out if you need to. Be willing to be flexible!

It's really tedious to do it manually, though. I recommend software like Final Draft that does it all for you.

the time a sitcom must last is usually 27 minutes that much for the story and 3 for commercials could be 26 with intro and credits at the end. You need to determine what font size you are typing in what spacing you are using and how much information you are giving about lighting camera movement and shot setup the advice to write two pages and time it out was a good one also that will allow you to understand the pacing if it is too long you can then shorten some of the dialog and stretch it out if it is to short writing one will give you all the info you need for ever writing another one. There should also be some scripts on the web that have been aired and you can look at the length of them good luck

30 pages is the generally accepted average in Hollywood. 120 pages for a Feature Film.
Good luck

It depends upon the font, the amount of dialogue and the time in between scenes.

Write a section and act it out and time it. Do it in small sections so you can edit
