I have no problems and nothing from Microsoft or Yahoo

If you sent them email and they are legitimate and have replied that your email is infected you better check it out. If an unknown company out of the blue writes that then how would they know?

Well,

It's always best to make sure you have a good virus killer that is up to date. To be honest I would not worry about the email, just ignore it.

There is a great website with an easy to use walkthrough which guides you on how to install a free version of the popular kaspersky lab's virus killer and spyware remover.

Do not open mails if they areinfected, even if it is a genune. You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

The last time I opened such a window, I didn't till I opened the window. Then I had bunches.. Delete it, quickly.

Never open an email unless you are sure who it comes from.

download a free antivirus update it and scan your pc if no viruses then its a scam
