A song called "Edge of Thorns" For Savatage has a really nice guitar solo.

The guitar solo that was (simulated) by Ralph Machio in the movie Crossroads. It was actually played by Steve Vie (I think that's how you spell it).
Oh, and don't bother with the eventual "thumbs down". It's just an opinion for God sake.

That's a tough one. I would have to say the closing solo in "Comfortably Numb" because it's so hypnotizing.

'Comfortably Numb'-Pink Floyd. There's two solos in that song and the second one is a masterpiece.
