I unfortunately haven't had a birthday party with friends since I was nine (My parents don't like to have big parties with anyone outside family.) and I haven't been to a birthday party since I was twelve (My friends all have the same problem.), so I have no idea what an average teen b-day party would be like. But I'm deciding to change all that and tell my parents about good party ideas. My birthday is December 13th. What's something good I can do for my 15th?

Well, you could prepare some food and decorate your house with banners and balloons I suppose. Have some music prepared as well. Then invite over some of your friends and relatives to celebrate with you. That's pretty much what a typical birthday party is like.
If you really want you could also plan out some games and other fun activities to have. Or maybe even have a live band or dj.
