I have a 9 year old niece and I have no idea what to get her for Christmas. I only see her 4-5 times a year, so I don't know her interests. Whats a good present for someone in that age? Are barbies too young for her? I don't want to get Bratz dolls, I think they are awful.

Maybe try getting her some stuffed animals or clothes? Or you could always give her a gift card and/or money. That way she could choose what she wants to buy.

I have twin 9yr girls, and they have asked for scootors, clothes, purses, pretty much pre-teen girl stuff. Jewelry, hair acc. etc.
