Do not waste time and ask a bunch of us idiots here on the Internet , for goodness sakes take that poor child to the ER. Do something. He is in real danger . Esophagus scarring or holes in his stomach. I can think of all kinds of bad stuff. Quit reading these answers and go.

How did that happen? Call the poison control center and tell them exactly what he swallowed and when....be more careful with your child....don't leave dangerous things around because children will find anything that they shouldn't have if it's within their reach....hope everything is ok

There are not many doctors on this site, why don't you take him to the ER and find out, or call your doctor and find out what you need to do. Milk does not always fix problems
