Mozaic browser support officially ended in 1997 (because of Netscape's growing popularity which started in 1994). A newer version was created for mosaic, called multicast Mosaic (available only on Unix platforms). If you really want to see it you can still download the source code from here:
http://perso.enst.fr/~dauphin/mMosaic/
The support for it has also been removed on 2004 (when many mozilla based browsers took over like epiphany, galeon and so on).

ftp://ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu/Mosaic/ open this page by selcting page open in windows explorer. open folder called Windows. then folder V3.0 then use the .exe file to install.
be sure to view all the readme texts on the way there as this Browser is no longer used.

Most of the crowd here has no clue how much R&D begins in Government/University/Entrepreneurial partnership programs before moving out into the commercial/private start-up phases. Private industry can not/will not risk capital at some of these very early stages of R&D.
