if you do something right,no one is aware you have done anything at all.

the wording may be off a little,could i have thoughts on this statement?

If you do something right, YOU know you did, and that's all that important.

For some reason, that seems to be true. Everyone notices the wrong things that happen. That's not how its suppose to be. I don't appreciate this. This leads people to do things wrong so that they can be noticed.

I tell my son and my staff something similar and that is, "you can do ten things right and no one notices but when you do "one" thing wrong everyone notices."
Its sad, but true.
