Buy a wicker basket and fill it with bubble bath- scented lotion, scented soaps, and a nice new pair of comphy jammies! I got this one year and totally loved it! Moms LOVE to soak in a hot bubble bath after a really long day! Then maybe a little bottle of perfume in the basket too! White diamonds is pretty!

I'd get her a gift certificate for a place that sells perfume. Everyone prefers a different one and the same perfume smells different on each person so unless she's givem you suggestions, in which case go with one of those, I'd give her the option of picking it out herself.

I personally prefer spellbound. But everyone likes different ones. Hard question to answer. Maybe you should just go and test some of them, and buy what you like.
