At quarterback I say start Carson nad David Carr.
Because Carson will be looking for Chad all day against that terrible Browns Defense

At wide receiver i say start Reggie Wayne and Andre Johnson.
Reggie Wayne is one of the top 5 receivers this season and David Carr will be looking for Andre for the deep ball.

Good Luck

QB: Palmer is a must start! He's the 2nd hottest in the leauge the last 3 games.
As for Hasslebeck or Carr, it boils down to health.
Whoever is as close to 100% get's the edge. I'd lean towards Matt though.

WR: Wayne is a must start! I have him on my team and he's the 3rd leading scorer in the league at WR. He's good for a TD a game it seems.
Branch has come on strong as of late and they need to bounce back from that embarrassing loss to SF.

Never start an Atlanta Falcon receiver!!!

I start Carr verse a bad Jets pass d, and Palmer with his receivers you can't pass him up against the Browns. Also I would start Wayne because Philly rates in the bottom ten in pass d, and Johnson against a def that allowed 265 yds to Evans last week.
