Do you mean Emil "Hill Billy" Bildilli? He didn't pitch until the 1930s (for the St. Louis Browns), but that's the closest name I know of.

I just checked The Baseball Encyclopedia that lists every player that ever played Major League Baseball back to the beginning of baseball and his name was not included.
