Or any at all? I have a real Norfolk pine that I've had for about 9-10 years in a pot on my patio. Do you kill a tree for christmas or plant one?

No tree here - I'll stick with my menorah.

I bought a nice 6 foot fake two years ago. Fake is really the way to go... no pine needles everywhere, no dragging a heavy tree though the house and back out again, no watering. Plus they are cheap and do you realize it takes about 7 or 8 years for most real christmas trees to reach the ideal height! And then we use it for a few weeks..its really wasteful.

We just use a fake one. I hated using a real one 'cause of all the pine needles and such. It sucked so bad when Christmas was over, having to clean up the needles and trying to get the tree outta the house.

I got a artificial tree because real ones are not only too expensive but also a major pain to maintain but also a huge fire hazard and with the reports of so many fires burning people out of their homes shortly before Christmas the artificial ones are flame retardant.

We always go for the traditional fresh cut Christmas tree..... It will stand about 8 to 10 ft tall..... Nicely lit and decorated, everyone that comes for a visit always admires its beauty!

I have to go with fake this year, our Condo won't allow real ones because of the Fire hazzard. But I miss the smell
