Of course OJ murdered his wife and Goldman. We all knew that when he was being tried but he had some brilliant attorneys.
He was cleared and he cannot be tried for the case again; even if he admitted he did the crime.
The laws of Double Jeopardy would prevent him being tried again.
Ebay probably removed the book because they were asked to remove it or someone bought it undercover

At the very beginning I didn't know if he was guilty, but I have read a lot about the case. The DA's office thought it would be open and shut, but they didn't count on all the.... ummmm.... bullXXXX being tossed around. What really convinced me he was guilty was his response when they told him his ex-wife was killed. First he didn't ask which one (he had a previous marriage), second he didn't ask what happened. Even if you skip over the first obvious question, ANYBODY is going to ask what happened unless they already know and don't have the brains to pretend otherwise.
Anyway, he didn't have anything to do with the actual writing of the book, so the only reason I can think someone would buy it is as a novelty item.

No he can't be charged again for the same crime.
The ones that would buy it don't realize they are condoning what he did. And hoping for the gullibility of the American public that he found in the jury, maybe he thought he could pull it off.
As far as thinking he did it, I don't really know, but I think he did. Everyone pretty much thinks that he did, but I wasn't there to see it, so I can't say for sure.

He can not be charged for it again. He was tried and found innocent. I think it is tasteless to print a book like that. I always felt that he did it even though the trial said he was innocent. You can not be tried again if you are found guilty-he did get sued for wrongful death though. I think freaks would buy it.

He could run around shouting "I really did it!" waving a banner and dancing up and down the street and would not be charged again. You cannot be charged twice for the same crime.

Not with that exact crime...that would be double jeopardy.
Yes, I feel that he did it.
Oh, and your other question. Any person willing to spend that much on that book must be someone who simply has too much money to waste!

just to clarify, he was found innocent in the criminal courts, but he was found liable in the civil courts, and the Brown family was awarded a hug multi-million dollar settlement... bad news is, he hasn't ever paid any of that, and for whatever reason, no one can touch his football pension.

He can't be charged again - it would be double jeopardy - so he may as well admit it now. Yeah - I think he did it.
