On a map, looks like I could drive in a small circle, passing through Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee. How long would that take, and what is there to see along the way?

Memphis, TN has a ton of stuff to do (Graceland, fabulous zoo with pandas!, shopping, Mud Island, Beale Street, etc.). Helena, AR (also on the river) has a lot of Civil War history related tourist things to do. I don't know about the other areas.

The Arch in St. Louis is a good place. Also, there is Truman's Birthplace in Lamar, Missouri. Not a whole lot to see in Arkansas, and I'm not sure about the other 3 states.
