How about a picnic in a private area or dinner on a boat or @ the beach. Have some roses and candels and romantic foods

First, you need to bring one of her friends in on this. Someone she trusts and can keep a secret. Second you are going to have to plan this right down to the second no if's about it.
1. Go to a rental company and rent a limo for the day.
2. Find a day spa and book her and her friend in for a three hour
scession.
3. Go to her favorite clothing store and prepay for an evening
dress that she will require later in the evening.
4. Find a jewlery store and purchase a necklace for her.
5. Book a dinner at the nicest resturante in town. Hire a musican
to play accoustic love songs during the dinner.
6. At the end of the evening take her home, kiss her gently
but lovinly on the lips. Tell her how much she means to you
and speak from the heart.
7. Just before you leave for the evenig use this quote.

Say nothing else, just get in the limo and go home.
The day starts when the limo driver knocks on her door. With the aid of her friend she will be home. The limo driver asks if she is who he is looking for, and then gives her an envelope with the instruction of where to take her and her friend.
Once she arrives at the pre-determined time, the spa experience starts. When that is over and they are leaving, the spa people give her another envelope with the address only of the clothing store. Once she is done there another envelope is given with the address only of the jewlery store. This process is repeted untill the resturante. At that time the driver takes the friend home and you engage you girl friend for the evening
