Go for the Masters or Doctorate and then, hopefully, you will be able to find an employment as a counselor or therapist.

I say it depends on your other interests and skills.
Jobs in Marketing immediately come to mind since marketing is the art of creating desire for a product or service and understanding human psychology is essential here.
Also, remember that the overwhelming majority of the workforce does not have a degree in their chosen area of work. An undergraduate degree is more about learning how to learn, than the actual field of study.
As far as what career to pursue, do what you love, love what you do.

There are many jobs involving helping people in need.
