When I was fourteen I had just lost my grandfather and fell into a deep depression. It might seem strange but my grandparents practically raised me. But aside from that I had my sketchbook and random stories. I used to spend hours in my bedroom writing the strangest stories. I would draw anime drawings and paint them then hang them on the walls in my room. My mother got mad when I hung things up on the wall but then she got over it and allowed me to express myself. As for school I was really anti-social. I had few friends and the ones that I had were like family to me. I went through classes as though I were a ghost in the room. Around that age I fell into the 'goth' scene and began to get into all that. It was a phase that some go through and get over.

Wow! That was ten years ago! I was still kind of a nerd and school was important, but so were friends, friends and more friends, and my boyfriend, who came to my house everyday after school. He is my husband now, so I'd say not too much has changed...he's still in my house everyday...lol. I was VERY self absorbed tho, and not-so-much now that I have a daughter, and son on the way. Trendy music was almost "like totally my life!" ha ha....

I'm going to turn fourteen next Friday and really what's important to me is my friends, my family, and making the most of high school.
Many people may think that fourteen yearolds just think about boys, only boys and popularity. I learned to get over popularity in middle school. Sure I still want to have good friends, but being popular isn't the most important thing to me.

I was in eigth grade when i was 14 years old. My friends and popularity were most important to me. Just wanting to "fit in" and make "cool" friends were always on my mind. Football games, dances, parties, and just hanging out. I have good morals, so I was never out having sex and doing drugs and drinking when I was that young. But now, being almost 17, I've made a few regretable mistakes.

Hmmm, I was 14 eight years ago so I'll try my best....
I think I liked a boy named Danny and he was untouchable because he was popular and I wasn't. I had a small group of friends that I hung out with at luch always and I would always stress out about homework and teachers and school. Normal 14 year old stuff.
