Well, Jack Skellington has become an icon for the "gothic/punk" lifestyle. Hot topic is pretty much a goth paradise and there is no reason for them not to sell something with Jack on it. It really doesn't make sense to me why he is a dark icon though, in the movie and Kingdom Hearts he's just a funny tall guy with big heart. All that said, I like Jack, even if i'm not a goth.
