I have put Icy Hot on it. When I tip toe, i can put pressure on it but i can't lay my whole foot on the floor it hurts really bad. I see little swelling, bot no brusing or irregular colors. What should I do? I used the machine at the gym and over worked my muscle. wow, it hurts.

Take some Advil to help with the pain and inflammation. Next time you go to the gym, do some stretching before and after you workout. In my experience, this can help a lot with muscle soreness.

This might not the case for you, but when I put too much impact on my legs I damaged some nerves in my legs and I couldn't stretch it out kind of like what you're saying with your foot. I went to the physio in the end, and it's fine now. The gym is evil, everytime I go I end up in pain!

800 mg motrin and a hot bath for an hour. Work those legs while in the hot water. Bonus points if you have someone help you -- will be more fun. Have that person give you a rubdown too.

If you have bruising back there then you've pulled or torn something.

ease-up, will ya... you're supposed to be helping yourself, not killing yourself...moderate workouts are PLENTY beneficial, just get the aerobic value too.......
