Hate to be picky with whoever set these up - Stonehenge pre-dates Pharos (I think) and Colussus of Rhodes.
Colusseum also built in Roman Empire - predating "Medieval" times.
To the Medieval, to replace those two - Chartres Cathedral and the Sistine Chapel Ceiling.
As alternative for any one of the seven Medieval - the Moorish 'Alhambra Palace' in Southern Spain (built after the non-violent Muslims had conquered the country and invaded France!)

Well, for Natural Wonders I'd add Niagra Falls. It's pretty awesome. And for Modern Wonders I'd add the WTC just because it should remembered. Also, they should have Astronomical Wonders as a category. I'm sure they'd have some pretty amazing wonders in there.

Being a nurse,I would have to say the wonder of the human body and how it works.and the modern medical treatments available today..Not to fail to mention the wonder of childbirth.
