I believe it was in the end of Season 2. Cuddy is trying to convince House that his pain is psychological, he pulls his pants down and shows his leg.

In the episode where he wants her to inject his spine with Morphine. She does inject his spine, with saline.

No such episode.
There are two episodes on the subject of his leg.
The first is in season one:I believe it is called "Histories" an episode wher he barges in on a group of students and tells them the hypothetical story of how a doctor screwed up another doctor's leg by not doing a proper history and letting the condition get out of hand so that by the time the condition was figured out the leg was severely damaged.
The next episode was in season toward the end of season one when Stacy, his exwife appears with he new husband and House is asked to treat the man. House remembers how Cuddy wanted to chop his leg off because the muscle tissue was too far one. He told her to put him in a coma instead. He was sure his body would heal itself. She convinced his wife to remove the bad tissue once he was under. That left him with the limp and an addiction to pain killers. He also divorced Stacy or she divorced him.
So basically rewatch Season One. I think the other episode is either Three Stories of Honeymoon.
