Yes. Google Gauss's formula. Automatic watches are programmed with it, so if the watch has been lying in a warehouse for 2 years without a battery, as soon as you power it up and set the date, it automatically displays the correct day of the week. If you think about it, there are only 14 different possible calendars; 7 for ordinary years, depending on which day January 1 fell on, and another 7 for leap years.

I don't believe there is an easy to remember formula. That is what makes an idiot savant so amazing. I have seen one on TV that can do what you are asking, but a formula for it was never revealed.
The Gregorian Calendar is a repetetive calendar system that allows you to create a pereptual calendar with a particular day matching up to a date every certain number of years.
The short answer to your question would have to be that there probably is, but good luck learning it well enough to be able to apply it.

unless you know when the leap year is, you can't. if your birthday is on a tuesday then next year it will eb on a wednesday.
