The soap bubbles are called micelles and form due to a mixture of the soap, the water and the dirt. Soap molecules consist of a long straight chain aliphatic portion which is used to encapsulate the dirt and a polar sulfonic acid salt which is used to provide water solubility. The sulfonic acid salt segments all line up next to one another and the long chain segmaents line up and - voila!!! - soap bubbles

I wouls try the epsom salt first. It's cheap- $2 quart and you can it in the aisle with band aids and rubbing alcohol at target, Walmart etc. If that doesn't work, try Ivory Soap. I know it sounds odd, but someone here in my office said that adding ivory soap to a bath tub gets rid of excess bubbles.

Very simple and healthy way: Add distilled white vinegar. Start with one cup and see how it works. Keep adding as needed. Cheap and fast. Good luck!
