Go to neararest store that sells "dupli-color" paint! They have "paint sticks", - that look sort of like fingernail polish bottles, -inside is the little brush, you can clean the sctrartch well (get all wax out if possible), and paint it carefully with the dupli-color. It should "blend in" pretty well with existing paint, - and if you are careful, you should be able to put (it) in such a fine line that it doesn't extend very much over the existing paint! After it drys a couple days, you can use a little "rubbing compuound" to "level" it down a little (if it looks too bad to you ), but move carefully, and don't rub through the existing paint! When finished, wax it, and it probably won't even show!!

You can coat it with a couple coats of good "wax" and it will "isolate" it so that moisture can't reach it to make it rust also!

Try to buff it with some rubbing compound. You may be able to smear some of the paint into the scratch if it is no to wide. Otherwise some touch up paint may help, but if it is wide enough, I would put a little primer in there too...

Clean it well, and find some touch up paint.
