Best Choice is Eli Manning
Eli Manning is playing TENN Def this week and will have a much better game this week... Leinart is playing the Vikings in MN so they will play better than normal and play def this week...

I love how people say... "Eli's playing Tennessee!"
Look back three weeks ago when Eli played Houston!
Tennessee is the 2nd worst pass defense team, Houston is the absolute worst and Eli was awful.
Only problem with your question is, Matt Leinart is worse.
Eli will be the lesser of two evils but you need to hit up free agency and get yourself a new QB and fast!

Matt Leinart, you never know when Eli is going to spring back but to be safe stick with the guy is going to do ok on Sunday.

Minnesota's defense is weak against the pass and strong against the run which means Arizona will be passing quite a bit.
Tennessee's defense is hit and miss. Tiki and Brandon Jacobs could have big games and thus the passing for Eli could be weak.
Your best bet is to go with Leinart who is assured to pass 30+ times.
And now after seeing the results....Leinart passed for a record setting 405 yards!!!!!
