Seems that within the past two years I have been experiencing ED and now it seems that the length and ridgidity of my penis is totally disappearing. Any help here?

Well, see a doctor first. Your doctor will probably prescribe Viagra or Cialis to you.

As we age, we don't enjoy the embarrassing moments where our flagpole jumped at every pretty girl!
And, the Shrinkage is actually our bodies handling the fluids a bit differently...
Plus, most of the erectile tissue still works, but the blood pressure is not there to do the job! Have you checked with your doc about your blood pressure?
You may have started a new BP med, or, your heart is a bit weaker than before?
Talk to the doc.

Being in cold water, outside in the cold, some drugs, and anxiety. When you get into feelings like fight or flight, the penis shrinks in order to protect it from injury. If you are really worried get to the doctor first and then to a psychotherapist. Your anxiety may be overwhelming you.

not sure what ED is but items like steroids, cocaine, many pill drugs can make it shrink up. its not actually getting smaller but the fat tissues in the shaft are shrinking up more than normal or are being dried out due to medications or drugs.
