Sir, the respect for the elderly has gone down hill.I was always brought up in a hope that exorcised respect for every one,especialy the elderly.Unfortunately,the only thing you can do that is within your rights is to,
A.: Talk to the children calmly,and tell them that you really need to stop this nonsense.(But I would think,being the sensible man you are,you have already done this.)
B.:Call their parent/gardian for counseling.
C.:Call the local authorities.I really would only use this as a last attempt though...

If this is a serious question, tell them to get the hell off your land- that's private property and them being there is against the law. It is where I live, especially if there's an ordinance or curfew.

Sometimes, young kids either do not have any respect for the elderly, or they are just plain out mean.
P.S. Call the police next time.
