Yes, actually. You can overload your body with too much water. You may be suffering from what is called "water intoxication" It's great that you drink a lot of it, but the reccomendation is 8 cups a day.

My guess is your in a hurry to go pee. I have never heard to drink water for acne, depending upon your age it is a fact of life and there are doctors that can help with cremes and meds. Also these people that are rude enough to point out your acne seem very mean. Good Luck

Yes. You can have water retention from drinking too much water. The recommended about is 3 litres a day and not more. Water retention can cause bloating and ankle swelling etc. Ask your Doctor to be more specific with the quantity.

Yeah, what you're describing is called Water Toxicity. It can be fatal. It throws your total body chemistry off wack. Ease off a little.
Drink one ounce of water for every two pounds of your body weight at the MOST. In other words, if you weigh 200lbs, drink NO MORE THAN 100 oz of water - less if you feel like you described!!

too much of a good thing becomes bad for you soo i think you should stop drinking so much water but i totally understand you cuz i love water i always have a water bottle in my hands but i dont over do it either

Well, don't drink too much of it. Drink about 6 to 10 glasses per day should be ok.
Also, you can eat fruit like orange or grapefruit. They cleanse your body and reduce your acne.

I dont know. I've always heard that to much water can be just as bad as not enough. eight 8 ounce glasses aday are suppose to be sufficient

Bad bad bad, seriously to much water is bad for you. Your bladder could like, I don't want to say anymore. Just don't a gallon or like 2 liters is good max don't go over like 4 litters

you cant have too much water, in fact you are supposed to divide ur weight by 1/2 and drink that in ounces, w/the confusing u might wanna go see a dr about that.
