How can I convert MPEG and WMV files to .MOV (quicktime format)?

I have this new Samsung Sansa e250r and for some reason it'll only play my files if they're .MOV format. Someone help please?

You can use Total Video Convertor software.. im an expert in multimedia and if ur looking for my advice, this is the best.
