This ACS guy out of nowhere a couple weeks ago told my mom that she had an appoinment at the ACS building with him the following day. She said she couldnt make it. I mean she didnt call any ACS people so we were ondering why they needed us. So he told my mom he'd come instead. He came and asked us a few questions. He said someone had reported my mom. Well, he says its a 30 day investigation and he'd have to come and check with us every two weeks. But we havent heard from him, in like month going close to two months now. But we are wondering where he dissapeared to because he said he'd atleast call to give an evulation or whatever but he didnt. Was he real or not??

I would be alittle weary. Just tell your mom to call ACS (that's children's services, right?) and see if they actually have a case file on you. If they don't then I would probably call the police just to report something that weird happening. Also, if the guy shows up next time ask to see valid ID BEFORE he comes in your house.. If he's really ACS he'll have some sort of official ID.

I would suggest that you go to the police and ask some questions and tell your story because it could have been someone trying to get information about you so they could commit a crime like a robbery or they could have been casing your house.
