Express by hand. You need to massage the breast, using a kind of flattened fist, from the top towards the nipple. Do that all the way around the breast, and then squeeze the milk out- you have make an upside down 'C' shape with your right hand, a normal 'C' shape with your left hand.
Cup your breast with the 'C' shaped hand, so that your nipple is in the opening, and push your breast inwards. Apply more pressure with your thumb by pulling it down towards your fingers tips.

Sorry if this is confusing, but it's the only way I can describe it.
Also, I notice that you asked this two hours ago so you probably have done it by now, but I thought that I'd offer my opinion anyway.

Is this going to happen often? I know that the W.I.C. program in Texas let me rent a breast pump for free. If you really want to committ to nursing this baby you will have to have a plan as to how to keep your milk supply in while the baby is away from you. I would definitely take the hot shower and express as much as possible by hand, but that will only relieve you from feeling engorged, if you want to continue nursing, you need to either be nursing or pumping regularly. Hope this helps!

If the showers don't help, I know that some hospitals, especially children's hospitals where they specialize in infant care usually have a room where you can go and use a hospital grade breast pump. I know at the C H in my town the receptionist has a lot of info and I think they sell the disposable pump flanges and stuff at a reasonable price. Good Luck with That.

Why don't you have your baby?

Why haven't you breastfed in two days?

Relieving your engorgement will help you feel better but will do nothing to increase your supply. You need some qualified help ASAP. Go to a lactation consultant or contact your public health nurse. Or try to get in touch with your local La Leche League Leader. But you need help soon to keep up your supply!

Also, what has your baby been eating for two days???

Hand express the milk. Sometimes it takes longer, but anything is better than nothing, otherwise your milk will lessen.. Is it possible to go buy an inexpensive pump?

You can express your breasts by hand. Cup your breast and squeeze your nipple. Try. Oftentimes women can express their breasts better by hand than with a manual breast pump.

Best wishes.
