Had thanksgiving dinner with my boyfriend and his family the other day....he did not call today, what could be wrong?

Maybe he's just busy. Sometimes us women can make something big out of nothing at all. Why don't you give him a call just to say "hi" and see how he's doing?

Why does him not calling make you feel something is wrong? Did something happen at the family dinner that makes you think that?

Uh, he's probably watching football or still sleeping. Give it some time and call him tonight if he doesn't call you. If you have been dating for a while it doesn't matter who calls, just that you keep talking.
If something went wrong you will know when you talk to him
