i was wondering because i have this pair of capris and i really like the color. but when i wear it makes my legs look shorter than they already are. so do wearing caprises make a girl's legs appear shorter or fatter or anything like that?

it really depends on the person.
Capris should be close fitting, but not skin tight. Do not wear capris where the leg gets smaller or which have too large a flare. They should be made of lightweight material. For the elegant look choose capri pants made of silk, linen or cotton.
capris make the legs look shorter, petite females should go for a longer style capri.
Capri pants look best with flat shoes or shoes with very low heels – no high-heels and definitely no socks.
Tops worn with capri pants should always be simple and which do not show the stomach.

I don't think they would make you look fat but maybe shorter I am pretty short and I wear capris.

Try rolling the capris up more. That's what I do 'cause I'm so short. That way, they don't look like flood waters on me.
