male: (villans, but also my favorite anime characters)
Naraku (Inuyasha) he's evil, but that's why he's my favorite....
Sesshomaru (InuYasha) not so much the antagonist, but he's does get in InuYasha's way a lot....that's why he's my second favorite
Akito Sohma (MALE IN THE ANIME FEMALE IN THE MANGA - Fruits Basket) he's one cruel person....
Nakago (Fushigi Yugi)
Miakgi (Ayashi no Ceres)
there are more, but these are the only ones i can think of.

Mrs. Domoyougi- Boys Over Flowers
She's a heartless, cold woman who has her children marry to get more money.
Male:
Naraku- Inuyasha- Insane, creepy and a sociopathic slaughterer of all. Yeah he's pretty evil.
