Have you been choosey? A first time, wow, you are getting rarer and rarer. Are you a male or female? Blonde, is your only desire, you don't mean that is all you have to pick from the matrix of possibilities that was given to you. If the magic of the matrix still has it's sides intact, you are speaking and I hope you find amazing responses. 26 and wants to be with blonde guy, you are so not asking for much, I can't see why you would be denied.
Mine is not an opinion. You have rights that have a higher priority than my opinion. You have a right to one night of seduction and bliss that confuses and seeds your memories for decades. If you don't know that the Gods were frightened at times, and the world needed them and focused upon one instead of all of them.

How well do you live with regret?
If your are not burdened by your past actions, then by all means grab a box of extra-strength condoms and have fun.
But if you find that your past decision haunt you from time to time, you may be better off waiting.
This is a one time decision. Once your virginity is gone, it's gone. You better make sure you can live with your choice, because if you are the type of person who has regrets, this may be one that haunts you.

How sad you see your virtue as a burden. It is a precious thing for a woman to share that first encounter and it should be with someone you care for. Try eharmony.com or a community group to meet people (heck even speed dating can get you a better choice) you will so regret just "getting it over with" it will make sex a chore and not the pleasure it should be. JMHO

If you think post-one-nighter and experience, that you will THEN want to be choosey and abstinant until the right person comes along, please think again. That ultimate knowledge will make it that much harder to remain abstinant after you experience it fully.
Also contemplate how, if and when you get married, it would make you feel to know that you've had someone else besides your husband.
