Sexual satisfaction with spouse rates about a 4, because i'm more concerned with the other important aspects of our marriage, like how well we make decisions regarding the kids, or keeping a roof over our heads. Look at it from this point....what if your spouse couldn't make love at all for medical reasons? Do you leave? I think if it's true love then you must be patient, there are more important issues in marriage besides sex.

to me it's very important since my own satisfaction is important.
I try to make sure that she enjoys it just as much as I do, although I know I've failed to do this at times, I think I do better than average. Her being unsatisfied is not her problem... it's mine. And different people have different needs. My spouse has times when she doesn't care as much about sex, but she does have other areas that she needs to be satisfied in. The key is fulfilling your spouses needs. Your spouses needs are most likely NOT the same as yours.

His satisfaction is a 8 on my scale. I say 8 because his health and well-being comes before sexual satisfaction. It's a huge part of marriage, that intimacy.

9 sometimes you can't fulfill your partners needs, but if it's an even infrequent problem, you need to fix it.If you aren't concerned with pleasing your spouse why are you having relations with them.If your just out to get yours and go,they have professionals who prefer that arrangement. And they don't get their feelings hurt or feel used!!
