We've had dinner out together but he hardly speaks unless I ask him something. I'm quiet too so I'm not exactly sure how to get him to talk more. Any suggestions?

every Taurus I know know male or female is completely outspoken.
but I would try to find out more about his interest because when you get a Taurus talking about their passions and interest they will talk your pretty little head off!
