No, IMDB gives you info on movies, upcoming and in the past, if you sign up, you can go on any of your favourite movie's boards and ask questions, and what not. You can also Watch Movie Trailers, and Read Reviews.

They're a corporate sponsored site so there would be no options for you to download or watch a movie, unless you went to a link and paid for it. Bummer huh?
