Not that I know of, but you can connect a website to the flash file..

e.g. a game is on one website

Another person wants this game on their website... they right click on the page and click view source. When finding the location of the file they can just create an plug/link which plays the game on the website but the source is from the other website!

In IE browser goto Tools->Internet Options->Settings View Files
In the folder that opens search for files that have the extension .swf .IF you have the Flash Player Installed then just double click on them and you can view them. Or else choose IE from the option Open WIth.. by right clicking.

Note:Not Sure If you can view them offline though

You could try this:

Go to the website that has the flash file you want to download, go to View > Source (In Firefox, its Page Source)....and it should open up in Notepad. The file will typically be a .swf file, so have a look for a URL that ends in .swf.

Once you've done that...go to http://www.freshdownload.com and download the program. Copy and paste the URL that ends in .swf into the box that comes up when you try to add a URL into FreshDownload.

If you prefer an easier method, you may want to download Avant Browser from www.avant.com, which has a toolbar which appears that will let you save a flash file when you put your mouse over it.

if you click on internet options, then settings next to history, then view files. A list should appear and all the things you've looked at including flash files. Then simply copy and paste/drag and drop into a folder.

I think!
