It will say e.g. page 1 of 2 but the the second page is always blank. Note:- I never have this problem with any other site.

I really can't answer that however I can offer a solution to allow you to print them all.
High light all the answers, in your print properties hit print selection.

Tell it to print all, page 1 of 2 will only print the first page.

I have his problem to I think it is because each answer is stored seperatley even though it looks like the same pages one thing I hav'nt tried is printing the answers before you pick a best one maybe we should both try that Goodluck I am sure this happens to everyone .
