No, I don't think it is a coincidence. A rare radioactive substance is not your normal means of killing someone. It would have to be state sponsored and the only one who benefits is Putin.

Maybe he is a killer, but George Bush is worse, he is responsible for more than 60 000 arabs killed in Iraq, others in Afghanistan nearly 5000 killed in Lebanon the past months, by arms provided to Israel's army by the USA Government.
