1. Put moisturizer on (winter dries out skin).
2. Dab concealor on any blemishes, redness, or undereye circles. Blend with your fingers in a circular motion.
3. Use a dry sponge or brush to blend powder foundation over face (this will get rid of any shine caused by the moisturizer).
4. Hold up your upper lashline, and apply eyeliner INSIDE your lashline.
5. Use a sponge-tipped applicator to line pearly frosted eyeshadow above your lashline.
6. Curl your eyelashes (if desired) and apply mascara, wiggling the brush from side to side and rolling it to avoid clumps.
7. Apply a cool shade of blush to your cheeks.
8. Line your lips with a lipliner that matches your lips. Now apply a clear or shimmery lipgloss.

I hope I helped!

well first for your eyes either use white, purple,or blue sparkly eyeliner.then use either a shimmery white or light purple eyeshadow half way between eyelashes and brows.you would probably want to use pink sparkly light pink lipgloss that doesn't show too much color but does show the sparkles.(i get mine from victorias secret)for your skin use a barely darker cover up just to even out your skin tone from rosy cheeks from the cold.just get probably a blush brush and just lightly brush the cover up all over your face.then you should be set to go!good luck

PS dont forget to wash your face before bed unless you want millioins of zits!lol

get bare minerals. its natural powders. kind of like cover up. then use black eyeliner. not too much, just go around the inside of your entire eye. then mascara. and some pink lip gloss. thats the look for this winter anyways. i know bc im in a cosmetics class this year thru my school. im so happy i could take it this year.
