Gray's Anatomy -- I do not answer my phone right before it starts. I do not answer the door. I am so into this show. I schedule my day for this show. I know I could record it and watch it the next evening but I like it FRESH! It is addictive. Definitely my guilty pleasure.
I also like the show that usually comes on right after it, I think it is 6 degrees of separation/separation? It is a show about the lives of different people and how they are connected in some way. Way cool.
Desperate Housewives? More like a comedy I think. Can't get into it. I have NEVER seen housewives that dressed so fly or acted so CRAZY. Maybe for me it will be like Everybody Loves Raymond and Friends. I didn't watch either of them until they were in syndication. Go figure.
I also like Medium and Nip/Tuck. But Gray's Anatomy is my #1 favorite show.

And unfortunately for me is that CSI, Grey's and Supernatural all come on at the same time on Thursdays here in the Bay Area!!!!!
So I have to choose differently every week!
